BFF

lucca has found a soul mate in our 18 month old niece addie. they both are the same height, love toys, give lots of wet kisses and wake up early ready to play. addie kept trying to take lucca into the bedroom where she could shut the door so they would be able to play without the watchful eyes of the family. she walked around for 2 days following lucca around saying "puppo!" it was the weekend entertainment. 

the beginning

the beginning of my little summer garden. i am trying to start my own seeds this year. we'll see how it turns out.

spring break :: long boat key

my parents got us plane tickets to see my grandpa in florida for part of our spring break. the weather was beautiful! we had a great time building a large sand castle, taking the beach cruisers for a spin, kayaking, playing games, swimming and lathering up with aloe after some people got burned on the first day (rob, rachel, jake & chris). thank you papa and sue for the wonderful meals, use of the amazing coffee machine, fun stories and an overall relaxing time.
