we went camping last weekend with friends. cedar woke up the first night at 2:30am ready to play and crawl around the tent. rob and i were not ready to play at 2:30 am. he slept better the second night. keeping him out of the dirt now that he is crawling was a challenge and what harm is a little dirt anyway? now that we have a little boy, dirt is just going to be part of our daily life.
We enjoyed a wonderful shrimp boil with some great friends on the 4th of July. Cedar officially crawled for the first time at the party. He's been doing a weird gimpy crawl for the past few days, but this time he got both knees and arms going.
This is probably the closest Cedar will get to Sea World for a long time. 
This child does not sit still. He has started crawling and will no longer stay in one place. It is getting harder and harder to take his picture with all or most of his body still in the frame.
